Booking questions, answered
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- How do I book, and how does payment work?
- Booking is instant. You pay 50% when you book and the balance 7 days before you arrive. There is no security deposit. Prepayments are non-refundable, so check your dates before you book.
- Is it cheaper to book direct?
- Yes. You get our direct rate with no booking-app service fee, and you deal with our crew directly.
- Is there parking? Can I bring a trailer?
- Yes. Parking is easy, with room for trucks and trailers. Tell us ahead about large trailers so we can plan for it.
- Can I bring my golf cart or ATV?
- Yes. Street-legal golf carts and ATVs are welcome on the city streets. The trails and the lake are close.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are allowed at some units but not at the Oklahoma Trails Bunkhouses. Ask before you book if you are bringing a pet.
- Can I book several units for a group?
- Yes. There are four identical Oklahoma Trails Bunkhouses, and you can add the lake house or casita. Message our crew and we will help you set it up.
- How do I reach the host?
